|---|---|
| 商品货号: | TS212277 |
| Organism: | Mesocricetus auratus, hamster, Syrian golden |
| Tissue: | ductus deferens; smooth muscle |
| Product Format: | frozen |
| Morphology: | epithelial |
| Culture Properties: | adherent |
| Biosafety Level: | 1
Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country. |
| Disease: | leiomyosarcoma |
| Gender: | male |
| Applications: | transfection host |
| Storage Conditions: | liquid nitrogen vapor phase |
| Clinical Data: | male |
| Receptor Expression: | androgen receptor, positive; glucocorticoid; alpha 1 adrenergic; beta 2 adrenergic |
| Comments: | Growth of DDT1 MF-2 cells is stimulated by androgens and inhibited by glucocorticoids. Glucocorticoids inhibit the expression of the c-sis (SIS) proto-oncogene. Beta-2-adrenergic (beta 2 adrenergic) receptor activity is functionally coupled to adenyl cyclase. |
| Complete Growth Medium: | The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbeccos Modified Eagles Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
|
| Subculturing: | To dislodge adherent cells, remove all but 5 to 10 mL of medium and vigorously shake flask. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subcultures may also be prepared using standard trypsinization procedures.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:20 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week |
| Cryopreservation: | Complete growth medium described above supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO.xa0 Cell culture tested DMSO is available as ATCC Catalog No. 4-X. |
| Culture Conditions: | Temperature: 37°C
Atmosphere: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide (CO2), 5% |
| Name of Depositor: | JS Norris |
