| Comments： | Animals were immunized with bovine lymphocytes and thymocytes. Spleen cells were fused with NS1 myeloma cells. The antibody is specific for bovine CD8 T lymphocyte antigen. It appears to be reactive only with the alpha/beta heterodimer and not the alpha/alpha homodimer. This antibody was included in the panel of the International Workshop on Bovine, Sheep and Goat Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens in 1989. |
