| Applications: | The antibody reacts with the mouse myelomonocytic adhesion promoting complement receptor (CR3, CD11b). |
| Storage Conditions: | liquid nitrogen vapor phase |
| Derivation: | Spleen cells were fused with Y3 myeloma cells. |
| Clinical Data: | It inhibits myelomonocytic adhesion in vitro, and recruitment of inflammatory cells in vivo. |
| Genes Expressed: | immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against mouse CD11b (type 3 complement receptor, CR3) |
| Cellular Products: | immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against mouse CD11b (type 3 complement receptor, CR3) |
| Comments: |
mAb 5C6 was the product of a fusion between spleen cells from an AO rat, immunized four times with TPM, and fused with the Y3 rat myeloma line. The antibody reacts with the mouse myelomonocytic adhesion promoting complement receptor (CR3, CD11b).
It inhibits myelomonocytic adhesion in vitro, and recruitment of inflammatory cells in vivo. |
