| Applications： | Animals were immunized with BB2800 leukemia cells which produce both Friend MuLV (FrMuLV) and mink cell focus inducing (MCF) FrMuLV. The antibody neutralizes most MCF and polytropic MuLV, and reacts well with live or fixed infected cells and with Western blots. The antibody efficiently immunoprecipitates gp70, and can be used to distinguish polytropic MuLV from ecotropic, xenotropic and amphotropic MuLV. |
