| Applications： | Animals were immunized with a synthetic polypeptide with the sequence LMKLCWKKDPDERPTC corresponding to peptides 502 to 517 of the c-yes oncogene (formerly 770 to 793 of the v-yes oncogene). Weaker activity against src and fgr was also detected. In ELISA tests, the antibody reacts strongly with synthetic peptides representing the yes, abl, and ros oncogenes. In immunoblot assays, a protein of approximately 70 kd is detected in a wide variety of cell lines. |

| Complete Growth Medium： | The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbeccos Modified Eagles Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.

| Subculturing： | Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density) Maintain cell density between 2 X 10 exp5 and 1 X 10 exp6 viable cells/ml. Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 2 X 10 exp5 viable cells/ml. |
