The antibody is cytotoxic for a subpopulation of HLA A2 positive cells and HLA A28 positive cells at an appropriate titer. The antibody recognizes an epitope at the amino terminal end of the alpha 2 domain of the HLA-A2 molecule. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
