| Applications： | Animals were immunized with a synthetic polypeptide with the sequence LMCQCWRKDPEERPTF corresponding to peptides 494 to 509 of the v-src oncogene (formerly 273 to 284). In ELISA testing, the antibody cross reacts with the homologous region of FES, v-mos, erb B, v-src, FGR, yes, mil, FMS, abl, ros, lck, and MET. Weak activity was detected for PKS and fps. Binding was not detected for c-mos, MOS, SRC, ros, rel, FMS, HIR, TRK, sea, and kit. |

| Subculturing： | Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 1 to 2 X 10 exp5 viable cells/ml.
