In ELISA testing, the antibody weakly detects the homologous region in the ras H sequence. In immunoblot testing a serum protein of approximately 45 kd is detected. The IgG1 and IgG2b reactivities of the antibody with the v-ras K peptide (157-180) was confirmed by ELISA. IgG1 was strongly positive while IgG2b was only slightly positive. |

| Subculturing： | Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density) Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium.
