| Applications： | This antibody reacts with the CD45R antigen which is preferentially expressed on B cells and their precursors and a subpopulation of T cells. The antibody is important because it detects B cell precursors in 16 day old fetal mouse liver, and plates coated with this antibody have been used for depletion experiments. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |

The antibody is important because it detects B cell precursors in 16 day old fetal mouse liver, and plates coated with this antibody have been used for depletion experiments.
