The 16s rRNA gene sequence of this strain is showing a maximum of 98.31% sequence similarity to Acinetobacter tandoii -SM 1497T. The genome is single circular chromosome of size Mb. The ANI and in-silico DDH calue of the strain PS-1T with other reference strain of the genus Acinetobacter were found to be below 95-96% and 70% respectively. |
